Answers to some common questions about Good Happens.
To protect your data in case of any service disruptions, we use a low-cost architecture where iOS and Android accounts are separate. iOS uses Apple ID, and Android uses WeChat login.
Therefore, memberships between iOS and Android are not shared.
However, within each platform, you can seamlessly migrate your membership and all records when switching devices. iOS users can enable iCloud Sync, and Android users can use the Data Sync feature in Settings.
Both platforms also support exporting your records as a "Good Things Book" for permanent keeping.
Go to Settings → Membership page → tap "Restore Purchase" (small text below the subscribe button). If it still doesn't work, please contact us for assistance.
No. Staff cannot see any of your records because Good Happens has no backend server. Everything you record is safely encrypted on your local device and personal iCloud.
This is your completely private sanctuary. If you want others to see them, you can export and share them yourself!
There is no in-app community feature, and we never plan to build one. Good Happens is designed as your private space.
If you'd like to chat with other users, you're welcome to join our WeChat user group or follow us on social platforms.
This usually happens if you reinstalled the app without iCloud sync (iOS) or cleared local data (Android). To prevent this, keep iCloud sync enabled on iOS, and avoid clearing app data on Android.
Switching between Apple devices or between Android devices will seamlessly transfer your membership and all records.
Good Happens is also available on Apple Watch ⌚️ and Vision Pro.
